PANSE started its operations in 1983 under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Rajeev R. Panse. Since its inception, it has emerged as one of the leading automotive component suppliers to major OEM's in India and is also serving an increasing number of international customers. PANSE manufactures a wide range of sheet metal stampings along with welded sheet metal and tubular assemblies for the Indian and global automotive industry.

PANSE believes that the most important resource amongst all is the Human Resource. HRD is considered as one of the most important strategic functions. ISO/TS 16949:2009 Quality manual of PANSE mentions and clearly defines procedures and policies for training and development of Human Resource.
