Bhushilpa Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is the third unit forming part of a group involved in manufacturing of various specialty chemicals, drug intermediates for the last 20 years. Located at Kurkumbh, a place close to Mumbai (Bombay) in India, the unit has been set up in 2001, having well equipped plant and machinery with laboratory facilities for analytical purpose, to cater for the growing demand in chemical industry for specialty chemicals & drug intermediates. The Company has on its Board people with experience in various fields.
Headed by Mr. Ashok Mangwani, Managing Director, having a vast experience in the field of Business Management & Administration as well as Finance Management.
Mr. Vijay Mangwani, Technical director, having achieved his Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute Of Technology, Chicago in the year 1982, handles technical inputs and designing of the plant.
Mr. Rajesh Mangwani, Marketing Director has an experience of 15 years. He is well acquainted with various marketing aspects, as well as production engineering.
Through our endeavor to produce latest molecules, we are able to offer chemicals at very competitive international price.
Designed to handle reactions involving Chlorinating, Hydrogenation and other synthesis routes, the unit has following installations :
• Glass lined reactor of various capacities – For reactions involving Chlorine and its derivatives under vacuum. This set up is complimented with the Glass-lined condenser & high efficiency Packed column scrubber, designed to handle highly corrosive chemicals like Thionly chloride and chlorine gas.
• SS 316 reactor with SS condenser – designed for high pressure reactions.
• SS 316 Hydrogenetor – with high-speed agitator for reactions of liquid with Hydrogen gas.
• SS 316 crystalizer
• Graphite steam jet ejectors – Designed for giving vacuum upto 5 mm , for degassing at lower temperature and distillation of finished product. Rubber lined centrifuge
• Tray drier
• Steam boiler
• Power back up for un-interrupted power supply
• Pilot Plants
• Host of other complimenting equipment’s, i.e. Demineralised water plant, Cooling tower, SS & PP pumps.
